Job Description JOB TITLE: Customer Insights Manager REQUISITION: PUB000A DEPARTMENT: Marketing Communications - Kansas City Headquarters LOCATION: Kansas City, MO PAY RANGE: Customer Insights Mgr I: $52,700 - $65,900 Customer Insights Mgr II: $64,500 - $80,600 Sr Customer Insights Mgr: $72,900 - $97,200 Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job may require additional hours as required. Current Hybrid Approach: Monday & Friday: remote work, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: in-office work Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Are you passionate about understanding what makes customers tick? As our Customer Insights Manager, you'll dive deep into customer data to uncover valuable insights that drive our business forward. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our strategic decisions, working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams. You'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data from primary, syndicated and third-party sources to understand customer needs and behaviors. Collect and analyze customer data, prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand trends and preferences, monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and help drive business decisions. * Employ methods such as quantitative surveys, consumer/user panels, in-depth interviews, and focus groups * Summarize and communicate analyses of research studies and findings * Provide insights to evaluate current programs/strategies, and to aid in the development of future programs/strategies Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Market Research: Lead exciting qualitative and quantitative research projects to stay ahead of market trends and customer preferences. * Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer data from surveys, feedback, and usage patterns to paint a clear picture of our customers. * Customer Profiles/Segmentation: Create and maintain detailed customer profiles to better understand their needs and behaviors. * Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to turn insights into action. * Customer Satisfaction: Keep a pulse on customer feedback and pinpoint areas for improvement. * Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our peers' strategies and market positioning to help shape our business decisions.
