Job Description: Rank + Rally is seeking to hire an E-Commerce Supervisor. The E-commerce Supervisor will be responsible for effectively hiring, training, scheduling and leading store employees in customer service, product knowledge and retail store operations. This position requires working well with co-workers; possessing the ability to excel in a diverse, high volume and fast-paced environment; and skill at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Essential Duties: Assist E-commerce Manager with all duties related to E-commerce. Operate and troubleshoot issues with e-commerce fulfillment, customer service, and inventory. Effectively supervise e-commerce staff by delegating duties, monitoring productivity and ensuring all tasks are completed. Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and orders are fulfilled and sent to the warehouse. Continually update e-commerce quantities on Shopify. Ensure that health and safety measures comply with company and federal standards Required Qualifications (Job Knowledge, Skills, and Education): A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency Years of related work experience: 3 Skilled in all job functions within e-commerce operation. Have strong troubleshooting, communication and supervisory capabilities. Ability to train new employees. Ability to read and understand reports, policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills and excellent observation and analytical abilities Able to lift or otherwise move items up to fifty (50) pounds; stand or remain at a stationary position for 4-8 hours Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations Must be 18 years or older Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays Apply to Levy today!
