About this job: The Wild Rose Gift shop has an opening for a part-time/hourly temp Retail Sales and Merchandising Associate to work in the Wild Rose Gift Shop to perform basic retail and customer service functions. Duties to include: Cashiering-receiving payment for purchases Assist in inventory management Receive, unpack, store and stock merchandise Work closely with buyers to merchandise product collections in a way that is appealing to customers and generates sales Assist in daily operating procedures including basic office duties Answering and directing phone calls, taking orders for delivery Provide excellent customer service Job Type: Temporary (limited to 780 hours per fiscal year, with no benefits) Rate of Pay: $13.50 - $16.50/hour, based on years of previous relevant retail experience.
