Accenture Sourcing & Procurement is growing and seeking to enhance our IT Center of Excellence with an exceptional practice leader. We are looking for a driven professional who is committed to scaling a strong, highly sought-after practice within Accenture. The Senior Manager will be dedicated to Accentures IT Center of Excellence where the individual will be accountable for growing the business and innovating across all aspects of client delivery, business development, knowledge management, and practice development. The role is responsible for the overall growth of the practice through expansion and development of team members, delivery against sales and revenue targets, and full go to market approach including content development, pricing, and solution assets. The Senior Manager will manage the business development pipeline and provide exceptional support to demonstrate Accentures IT sourcing capabilities, craft solutions and scope proposals, and convert business development opportunities. Additionally, the leader is responsible for high level oversight of active IT sourcing engagements to ensure high quality client delivery and optimized delivery model from IT Center of Excellence team members. Further, this leader is responsible for overseeing the growth and career development of all IT COE team members and managing staffing and asset allocation for all projects and sales requests that require support from the IT COE. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, senior consultant with a proven track record of leading strategic client engagements and growing high-performing teams. This individual should possess strong IT acumen and experience and exposure to IT procurement and/or negotiations across areas such as IT Services & Labor, IT Infrastructure, IT Software, and Telecommunications.
