We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to answer public inquiries pertaining to study participation and schedule screening appointments for qualified participants.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will receive and place calls to and from potential clinical study participants. Enter medical history and demographic information into computerized database and schedule screening appointments.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Assist in training new employees
  • Ensure the website and phone system information is accurate and current
  • Cross-training in other departments, as needed
  • Attend out-reach programs to recruit participants as needed
  • Participate and assist in developing continuing education plan directed at improving skills and facilitating personal and unit growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

YOU NEED TO BRING...

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong in computer programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service or call center experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings and weekends
