Join our dynamic team as a Business System Analyst, where you will act as a crucial bridge between business/product requirements and technical development. You'll work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable solutions, support API integrations, and ensure seamless website design. Additionally, you'll oversee support tickets and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Translation: Convert business/product needs into clear, measurable technical requirements for successful implementation and adoption.

  • Solution Development: Analyze and propose business solutions that align with stakeholder needs and expectations.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Review and validate test plans, ensuring solutions meet specified business requirements. Support QA activities as necessary.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative efforts with integrated teams to resolve business and adoption challenges, focusing on user experience and process flow.

  • Product Enhancement: Contribute to the development of new features and product enhancements.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize extensive SQL knowledge for data analysis and investigation.

  • Recommendations & Improvements: Suggest improvements in products, processes, and services, presenting benefits and rationale for recommendations.

  • Release Management: Adhere to established release management protocols.

  • User Acceptance Testing: Guide and oversee acceptance and functional testing, coordinating UAT with QA and business/product teams.

  • Demonstrations: Present product and service offerings to customers and end users effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills:

  • 4+ years in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using IT.

  • 4+ years of experience in SQL, software configuration, validation, and testing.

  • 4+ years in business analysis, data analysis, and requirements deployment.

  • 4+ years with SDLC in an Agile environment.

  • 4+ years in gathering business systems requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and investigation.

  • Strong communication skills to articulate business and technical requirements.

  • Excellent analytical skills for complex problem-solving.

  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and resilient.

  • Knowledge of application administration, security, and release management.

  • Ability to produce detailed requirement and functional documents.

  • Technical understanding of platforms and rules engines.

Additional Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings and delivering presentations.

  • Experience with the Atlassian suite, including JIRA and Confluence.

  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a high-energy approach to tackling business challenges.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $80,300 - $133,800
