RAPP Chicago is looking for an Associate Director, Experience Strategy to join our award-winning Experience Strategy team.

YOUR ROLE: The Associate Director of Experience Strategy is a key leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between marketing initiatives and sales team efforts. This position focuses on creating a seamless customer journey by integrating CRM systems, leveraging data analysis, and optimizing system integrations to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing strategy, CRM platforms, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
