Job Summary

The Sales Operations and Enablement team drives the success of our sales organization by equipping customer-facing teams with the training, tools, and support they need to excel in their roles. As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations by managing and prioritizing inbound support cases, ensuring the sales team can leverage their applications efficiently in their day-to-day activities. Beyond day-to-day case management, you'll oversee our robust tech stack, cultivate strong partnerships with third-party vendors, and deliver on-the-spot training sessions to empower sales end-users. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.



  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong partnerships across sales teams, Sales Operations & Enablement (SOE), marketing, and product teams to drive alignment and shared success.
  • Handle and Prioritize Support Requests: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound support cases, efficiently prioritizing and resolving daily inquiries from sales end-users.
  • Oversee Sales Technology: Serve as the go-to expert for the sales tech stack, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal platform usage.
  • Manage User Access: Oversee user management within sales platforms, ensuring appropriate access, updates, and security compliance.
  • Cultivate Vendor Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, staying informed about new platform features and capabilities. Communicate relevant updates to Sales Enablement Analysts to evaluate their impact on end-users.
  • Drive Feature Rollouts: Collaborate with Sales Enablement Analysts and SOE's Learning and Development team to plan and execute the rollout of new platform features, ensuring effective adoption and training for end-users.

Base Compensation Range: 55k-60k per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
