Supervisor of Treasury Management Implementation supervises the implementation of Treasury Management products and services for clients and serves as a resource for other operational areas of the bank. Supervises the daily duties of assigned associates and assists Department Manager with administrative duties. Has a deep understanding of all Treasury Management services and has strong problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise Treasury Management associates, including but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and performance management. Monitor team performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

  • Monitor the end-to-end implementation process for treasury management products and services. Develop and maintain a structured implementation process, including workflows and best practices.

  • Serve as primary contact for the team during the implementation process, addressing questions and concerns promptly.

  • Apply department goals at the associate level and consider and implement metrics to support department goals.

  • Responsible for ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and transactions are processed in timely manner to meet all deadlines. Review and maintain detailed procedures of department processes.

  • Identify areas of improvement to enhance the customer experience and implementation process.

  • Work closely with surrounding departments to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.

  • Prepares department records for management and ensures department is processing workload as efficiently as possible. Identify opportunities for additional efficiencies and adjust procedures and work as necessary.

  • Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Skills

    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations

    • Ability to write simple correspondence

    • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients and other employees in the organization

    • Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services.

    • Comprehensive understanding and adherence of TM policies and procedures.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience;

    • 1-2 years banking experience in treasury management and/or bank operations required

    • One year supervisory experience preferred

  • Computer Skills

    • MS Office programs

  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • AAP Preferred

  • Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)
