Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

Reingold, Inc.
United States, Virginia, Alexandria
1321 Duke Street (Show on map)
Jan 18, 2025

Reingold distinguishes itself from other D.C. consulting firms by two things: our serious thirst for impact and our not-so-serious culture. Yes, we are expert technologists, marketers, and designers, joined in a focused pursuit of the best strategies for our clients. But we are also regular people who care about the human side of showing up for work each day. In other words, jokes and jeans both make daily appearances here, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Reingold's mission is to help other mission-driven organizations, whether in the government, nonprofit, or business sector. Our approach requires leveraging the latest communications and digital media techniques to help our clients meet their audiences where they are - often on that little place called the internet. That's where you come in.

Reingold is hiring a midlevel digital marketing analyst with serious chops in digital analytics and campaign reporting. Because we work with clients in the nonprofit, private, and public sectors, you'll become well-rounded in a variety of campaign styles in this role.

  • Co-lead the firm's rollout of analytics integrations that include various data sources

  • Set up, create, and manage campaign reporting across a variety of channels and support analyses that can be complex in nature.

  • On occasion, work with vendors to collect and report on media data

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to optimize online user experiences, increase marketing effectiveness.

  • Act as a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others

You have these qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of professional experience with digital analytics, with expertise as both an end user and an architect/administrator of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Strong understanding of data end-use, with strong data manipulation and story-telling skills for identifying and conveying trends in marketing campaigns or site visitor behavior.

  • Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)

  • Working knowledge of tag managers (Launch, Google Tag Manager), coupled with a working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (and we mean excellent)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, math, or a similar field; or equivalent experience

  • Experience with non-routine and very complex responsibilities, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills

These experiences are preferred and will make you stand out:

  • Automated data cleaning and manipulation (APIs, Power Query, SQL, R, Python)

  • Site testing and optimization (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize)

  • Experience with other Adobe platforms (Audience Manager, Media Optimizer, Campaign)

  • Understanding of digital marketing, including paid advertising and social media
