Job Posting Title Senior Gear Process EngineerJob Description Summary #TeamAAM is looking for a Senior Gear Process Engineer to join our Driveline team in Three Rivers, MI.The Senior Gear Process Engineer provides direction and engineering support for production, testing, and maintenance. They provide engineering support to shop floor. They also test manufactured products to maintain quality. This individual will participate in refinement of engineering systems and processes. They will also resolve or coordinates the resolution of complex technical issues on the assembly line and in the manufacturing process. They will lead technical design, development, and process equipment testing for assigned products. They will also assist in the preparation of proposals on products for customers. This individual will establish processes to eliminate defects. They will also provide continuous improvement to manufacturing process and product designs.
