You'll help shape the design culture and work hand in hand with product, engineering, and others to launch high-quality products to our clients and their customers.

What you will be doing:

* Collaborate with senior designers and researchers to leverage customer insights to define content requirements and iterate on text and content structures within existing UI screens for a mix of developer, mobile, and SaaS products.

* Employ a robust process wherein you actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve your work through iterations, and accurately estimate and prioritize to meet milestones and advance timelines.

* Work with designers to create UI text for our products that attracts users and enhances their experience.

* Work closely with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from initial planning phases to final designs to launch.

* Contribute to resources such as a style guide, glossary, templates, and a design system that can be applied across a broad suite of financial software products.

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as a UX writer for digital products (i.e. apps, software, websites, etc)

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, human readable instructions.

  • Knowledge of information architecture best practices.

  • Understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.

  • Experience working closely with product and engineering to ship and iterate on customer-facing products.

  • Experience in connecting business goals, research insights, and product goals to create and iterate effective user experiences.

  • A robust process wherein you actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve your work through iterations, and accurately estimate and prioritize to meet milestones and advance timelines.

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant projects that showcase your content work and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Copywriting, English, or a related field.

  • Experience in the tech or fintech sectors (e.g., banking, SaaS, mobile products) is highly desirable (though not necessary)

What We Offer:

  • Impactful Work: Shape the future of digital banking experiences.

  • Growth Opportunities: Continued learning, development, and leadership opportunities.

  • Competitive Benefits: Comprehensive health plans, 401(k), and more.
