In this position, you will be responsible for understanding and implementing market rules and keeping the renewable power business updated on rule changes and developments at relevant Independent System Operator (ISO) / Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) and government levels. This involves review of legislation, research and preparation, and submission of regulatory filings to ensure business compliance. Physical Requirements: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
