We have an exciting Executive Vice President opportunity, with a focus on revenue growth and staff leadership. In this role, you will report to the Head of the Market & Audience Group and drive the vision and strategic plan for a $65M+ business portfolio. You will also have a seat at the table to shape the global agenda for the MSU business. A passion for research, creativity and curiosity is a must. What you can expect to be doing:

TALENT GROWTH & TEAM MANAGEMENT



  • Personify the One Ipsos model to work in close collaboration with the other Business Lines, Operations, and Support Teams to maximize our overall North America and Global company success
  • Role model our leadership behaviors and Ipsos Values (Integrity, Curiosity, Collaboration, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Client First), to develop our next generation of leaders through continuous coaching and development to ensure continuity in succession plans for critical roles
  • Build a continuous pipeline of A-players as potential candidates for the most critical roles to strengthen our critical talent capabilities for our future
  • Communicate and engage with employees at all levels to inspire and create confidence
  • Partner with HR on leading organizational change and activating employee engagement strategies


CLIENT GROWTH



  • Plans and effectively executes a programmatic approach to grow our business
  • Create account growth strategies for key clients that will drive revenue year over year via repeat business. Prioritize client relationship efforts with the greatest ROI, strengthening ties with influencers/decision makers within client organizations.
  • Design and deliver scalable sales enablement programs to effectively position our creative capabilities with clients and prospects.
  • Oversee and ignite major proposals and opportunities for new creative research programs, ensuring they are thoughtfully designed, competitively priced, and effectively pitched to clients for high win rates
  • Collaborates with other service lines and Ipsos' Client organization, to position our offering in a more integrated and coordinated way and to address C-Level clients' end-to-end business problems, in a differentiated way vs. our competitors


OFFER & DELIVERY



  • Deploy existing global services in MSU and help to optimize solution design and delivery-as well as support development of new solutions in collaboration with leading edge clients and the global services line team to create future-proofed, highly differentiated offerings and scalable capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to remove complexity, drive efficiency, and increase profitability to fund innovation for accelerated growth
  • Provide thought leadership and deliver presentations to clients (partnering with our marketing team on representing Ipsos at conferences, networking events and in the media)
  • Be a brand ambassador representing Ipsos externally at conferences, networking events and in the media
  • Enhance strong, differentiated market presence with team visibility, thought leadership, market superiority


This might be the job for you if you have:



  • 15+ years' experience including:

    • Client relationship management
    • Business strategy and growth planning
    • Extensive people management
    • P&L management / responsibility

  • Success in a general management role of similar size and scope
  • Strong team leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing leaders and their teams
  • Deep experience and understanding of market research (qual and quant), specifically innovation research and product testing. Experience in a range of industries, clients and programs a plus.
  • Experience in financial management, financial reporting, and forecasting
  • Business development, pricing, RFP and pitch review skills
  • Exceptional client service focus with the ability to confidently act as a trusted advisor/partner with executives and client contacts
  • Ability to innovate and implement creative business solutions for growth and development
  • Ability to think strategically in terms of clients' business, as well as opportunities for Ipsos to grow its business
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Superior organizational skills, including ability to manage and delegate work effectively, attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Ability to prioritize based on scale of impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $290,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
