Working within our Service Business Line, the Director, Business Development will play a mission critical role in the customer transformation journey. This position is responsible to lead an effort to unlock our full potential, driving strategic priorities with individual creativity. You'll inspire and coach a dedicated team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas and problem-solving are celebrated. With a primary focus on sales and business development, this role ensures alignment with our motor vehicle and general industry sales channels to support the proposal, delivery, and execution of profitable services, while creating exceptional value and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
