At Pepsi of Kalispell we have a passion to succeed as locally owned business. As a Retail Beverage Merchandiser, you will be stocking our wide-ranging product portfolio in many stores in the Flathead Valley to the store and Pepsi of Kalispell standards. Our items are in many locations throughout the stores (the more the better!) so walking the store upon arrival is crucialto ensuring all locations are stocked. The more you know the further you can go in this company, so a willingness to learn and build relationships with your stores will help you become even more successful! EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must meet company driver qualifications. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats and to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
