Komatsu is looking for a technical writer with a passion for technical communication, ready to help us redefine the user experience of our customers. The Technical Writer researches, writes, and edits technical information for documents such as operation manuals, service technician manuals, and parts catalogues. They collaborate with engineers, field personnel, trainers, and more to ensure quality information for customers. They ensure that content is accurate, complete, and meets quality and style standards. Supports establishing writing standards and style guidelines. Supports researching innovative new solutions to legacy methods of writing to improve the customer experience. Reports to:Manager, Technical Communications Product and Services Shift:Monday to Friday, 8 hours- Hybrid Location:Conyers, or Cartersville, Georgia Relocation:Relocation Eligible Responsibilities
