In Industrial Flow North America, our mission is to be the best solution provider for our customers, and you are key to the success of accomplishing this mission. As the Pump Repair and Production manager, you will oversee all aspects of our field service, pump repair, and fabrication operations. Your leadership skills and expertise in operations will ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in both the field and the shop. You will report to the Operations Manager and be based out of the Houston service center. Your responsibilities will include:

o Overseeing on-site pump repair and troubleshooting for customer installations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

o Ensuring timely, high-quality field service operations with minimal downtime for clients.

o Providing technical guidance and leadership to field service teams in pump diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.

o Overseeing the fabrication of pump systems and related components, including custom-built solutions for client needs.

o Managing the production schedule, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of all projects.

o Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure production specifications meet customer requirements.

o Leading a team of technicians, field service personnel, and fabricators, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to schedules.

o Leading and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations in both field and shop operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* 5+ years of experience in pump repair, production management, or a similar technical field.

* Minimum of 2 years leadership experience managing technical teams and operations.

* In-depth knowledge of pump systems, mechanical systems, and fabrication processes.

* Experience with complex problem-solving and troubleshooting.

* Experience with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

* Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certification in mechanical or industrial engineering.

* Prior experience working with large-scale industrial pumps or related equipment.

* Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as necessary.

* Willingness to work in various field environments, including industrial and outdoor settings.
