(This role has a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days flex-remote)

The UHS Corporate Legal Department is hiring a Contract Administrator to prepare physician, professional and other service agreements for UHS facilities. Additionally this role will assist the General Counsel and staff with other legal services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Draft all physician, professional and other service agreements for our behavioral health facilities, as assigned. All agreements are drafted in accordance with CAM approval form

  • Works directly with facility CEOs, executive assistants to CEOs, regional directors and VPs to complete the drafting of all agreements including numerous revision requests throughout the process. All agreements are time sensitive and need to be done within a reasonable timeframe, if not immediately

  • Assist the hospital personnel with numerous inquiries regarding physician/professional services agreements and other hospital/facility agreements

  • Act as main contact for hospital/facility personnel to assist with CAM database for both training purposes and problem solving

  • Provide assistance to the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel in the preparation of various other documents, as needed


Qualifications

High school degree required with 1 year of legal contract experience preferred.

  • Basic understanding of legal contracts and agreements
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with good organization skills
  • Ability to work closely with upper management personnel
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of work with deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and a basic understanding of electronic document management systems
