Description Acara Solutions is seeking an AR Clerk t to join our client in Williamsville, NY! The AR Specialist will focus on aging reports and cash posting timing. Use research skills to ensure smooth billing processes, reaching out to third-party payors if needed. Not collections, but ensuring accurate payments. Resolve AR, billing issues, and posting discrepancies. What you'll do: Review and research aging reports Resolving open AR, billing issues and cash posting timing differences Research and outreach on invoices to third party payors What you'll get: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: Williamsville, NY - 100% onsite Pay: up to 20/hr. based on experience Duration: 6-month contract Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required 3 years of accounting experience required Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office (including advanced knowledge in Excel) required Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Associate's degree preferred.
