DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for for tracking, reviewing, and processing correspondence, submissions, and approvals to games, applications, and platforms for regulatory compliance by GLO on behalf of PGCB. Our team will rely on you to maintain communication with points of contact for manufacturers, Independent Testing Laboratories (ITL), and other parties requesting, involved in, or needing assistance with the submission approval procedures or documents. Attention to detail is essential as work will also involve reviewing initial submission paperwork and updating information to ensure our database is accurate and comprehensive. You will also assist with scheduling meetings, planning travel arrangements, and coordinating, scheduling, and receiving lab deliveries as needed. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary is non-negotiable. Pay rules apply to existing commonwealth employees.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- A high school diploma and four years of relevant work experience; or
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to operate a personal computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, and other similar office equipment and software.
- You must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in the English language.
- You must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- You must be able to interpret and apply policies and procedure.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- Employment is contingent upon the completion of a Personal History Questionnaire with a thorough background investigation, including drug screening and the subsequent review and approval by the Board.
