Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position leverages adult learning principles and agricultural education expertise to create, implement and evaluate engaging programs that empower clients and prospects in a competitive market. Emphasizes the continuous improvement of existing educational programs and the creation of new initiatives that deliver meaningful experience for agricultural producers. Collaborates with Sales, Clients, Marketing, and other teams to identify educational needs and ensure a unified approach and effective delivery channels. A typical day:
- Conducts continuous research, surveys, and focus group sessions to assess marketplace needs and opportunities for educational program enhancement, ensuring alignment with business strategy through communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborates on the design of engaging, high-quality educational programs, materials and presentations that align with adult learning principles and effectively meet client needs related to agricultural practices, product knowledge, industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborates with stakeholders involved in client-facing events to define objectives, target audience, content, brand alignment and experience design.
- Partners with educational institutions, agricultural organizations, and community groups to promote agricultural education initiatives.
- Builds relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to promote educational initiatives and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinates and executes educational programs, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring effective delivery and participant engagement.
- Maintains educational offerings for the program, ensuring they remain relevant and in alignment with business strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through participant feedback, assessments, and analytics, preparing reports to demonstrate program impact and areas for improvement.
- Stays current with trends, research, and best practices in agricultural education and related fields to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Education/Ag Education, Instructional Design, Training and Development, Ag Communications or related agricultural field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and managing adult education programs, preferably in agriculture and/or financial services.
- Experience with On24 Webcast Delivery Platform, Articulate 360 suite, Camtasia, or other related planforms
Base Salary Range $62,700 - $89,400 USD
