Program Manager

Targeted Years of Experience: 10+ years

Hybrid Schedule: 2-3 days/week, mostly Tuesdays in Basking Ridge, NJ

Responsibilities:

* Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.

* Deliver written/oral executive-level reporting, presentations and communications.

* Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.

1. Drive cross functional initiatives and develop action plans

2. Provide a holistic view of the product portfolio

3. Support intake process

* PMP Certification or training preferred

* Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Verizon application or telecommunication systems, software engineering, API, collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, TimelinePro, GSuite, Powerpoint), cross functional dependencies, excellent technical, interpersonal, verbal and written skills, risk mitigation skills,
