Ovieriew: Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of reproductive health? Revvity is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our innovative team in Akron, Ohio!

As a key player in our cutting-edge reproductive health software solutions division, you'll be at the forefront of groundbreaking technology, including the revolutionary Vanadis platform. This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills, perfect for those who thrive in a multifaceted environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Orchestrate software deployment projects from inception to completion
  • Wear multiple hats: Software Project Manager, Functional Analyst, Configuration Specialist, Quality Assurance Expert, and more
  • Drive the creation of comprehensive project documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Essential Functions: Persons in this position should expect to have to manage deployment projects and project tasks, often simultaneously. The responsibilities of this job position require:

  • Working with senior project managers and direct managers for proper management of scope and change so that impact to projects are planned, considered, and agreed upon by all parties.
  • The ability and understanding and communicate product descriptions for all software packages supported by Revvity Software Services.

Client Management:

  • Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization, and objectives.

Project Management:

  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously.
  • Following of standard project management methodologies.
  • Have an overall understanding of the Reproductive Health screening business, and how software projects strategically align.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and direct manager in creating and maintaining required project documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating and/or assisting with project implementations.
  • Up to 30% Travel - primarily domestic, may include Canadian and Caribbean

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared goals and responsibilities
  • 3+ years experience in the software, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver what was promised on time, proactively provide status reports, and independently manage projects from inception through completion with minimal supervisory guidance.
  • Persons with strong change management experience are preferred.

Working Conditions

  • General office atmosphere and laboratory environment workspace. Customer laboratories will include biological sample material.
