GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Operations Manager plays a critical role in enhancing Bridge of Life's capacity and global impact. This new position will support the organization's key programs, assist with volunteer management, streamline internal processes, and implement monitoring and evaluation systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, where they'll work cross-functionally to develop efficient tools and ensure smooth program operations.
