We are seeking an Experience Partner - Retail to join our growing team.

The Experience Partner serves at the core of demand generation for Cognizant Moment services - balancing sales, solutioning, storytelling, and account management. The Experience Partner is a component of a broader Cognizant Moment Experience Partner organization including Proposal Response and Program/Project Management.

The combined organization measures its success on both total contract value (TCV) targets and client satisfaction, with a particular goal to grow existing Cognizant clients in new buying centers.

The Moment Experience Partner works directly with the market/industry account client partner team as well as adjacent service lines to build solutions and support client needs.

Who you are:

Your role will involve identifying opportunities and winning incredible work that shapes the future of our clients' digital products. You have a history of selling, storytelling, and client service - serving as a strategic advisor

You may have come from a digital agency or consultancy, where you were a client partner/ account executive for one or more large accounts or served in some type of sales or solutioning role. You have experience working with retail clients.

What the work is:

The Experience Partner has four areas of responsibility:

1. Generate demand for Cognizant Moment offers - you'll work to understand trends and align capabilities to take advantage of these trends for retail clients. Your work will include crafting a sales plan, leading a pipeline of opportunities, and working with retail clients to build a problem statement that serves as a guidepost for solutioning.

2. Build compelling solutions - you will assemble and lead pursuit teams with appropriate skills to help your clients tackle for their problem statement. You'll be accountable for the story, the structure of the deal, and pricing.

3. Be a trusted advisor to your clients - you'll actively seek to establish relationships with key client stakeholders who focus on growth within Retail (typically sales, marketing, product, and business division leaders). You will be accountable for client satisfaction, and you will proactively generate thought leadership that supports your clients' desire to look ahead and anticipate the market.

4. Collaborate Across Cognizant - you'll be the point person to assemble skills - within Cognizant Moment and across the organization - to respond to client needs. You'll work closely with internal account teams to plan and run existing clients. You'll work with Consulting and other Service Lines to ensure the best people are working toward an ideal solution.

What you bring:

Key capabilities you'll need for the role include:

  • Strategic problem solving: ability to understand business challenges and requirements from the customer's perspective, as well as industry trends, and translating them into experience solutions that generate growth
  • Market/Industry prowess: Deep understanding of how the Retail industries function. Passing knowledge of related industries. Will have worked with leading retailers.
  • Experience Expertise: Design, Marketing, Content, Commerce, Learning, Strategy, Employee Experience, Platforms
  • Travel: as required to be onsite with clients on a regular basis
  • Executive Presence: Effective executive communication skills to clearly articulate solution vision and demonstrate solutions in a simple but compelling way. You'll also need to be able to create your own compelling presentations.
  • Relationship management: Outstanding interpersonal abilities; skilled in handling relationships with customers, market teams, and other practice guides.
  • Commercial knowledge: Ability to analyze sales opportunities and qualify leads and opportunities. Need expertise in crafting pitches/proposals, GTM, and sales plans.

The annual base salary for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Content Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Risk Management Project Stakeholder Management and Skill Gap Analysis. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of content strategies to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee project risk management activities to identify assess and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide expert guidance on project stakeholder management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct skill gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets quality standards and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including risk assessments stakeholder analysis and training materials.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure content is accurate up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of content-related policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content management processes.
  • Utilize expertise in the Cards & Payments domain to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Project Risk Management including identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Project Stakeholder Management ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Have a proven track record in conducting Skill Gap Analysis and developing targeted training programs.
  • Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
