This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.This role will serve as the Workfront Product Owner, developing and leading the Workfront roadmap, strategy, and implementation. Own the adoption, governance, and administration of the Workfront system. Translate business needs and requirements, and direct team to the product vision. Provide day-to-day support for teams as well as oversee the technical configuration of Workfront. Expert in Adobe Fusion which will be used not only for Workfront configuration but across the Content Supply Chain. Serve as the main point of contact for the company in guiding conversations with Adobe for feature implementation, user needs, and licensing structure/costs Strategically balance business and technology priorities to deliver impactful business outcomes. Oversee the Workfront product configuration life cycle, from identifying user needs to defining user experiences, ensuring successful launches, and driving ongoing enhancements.. You're intuitive and can understand pain points and translate them into actionable features within the product ecosystem. As a product leader you will be responsible for defining a product vision and strategy that is aligned with our 3-5 year long term strategy Main Responsibilities: Vision, Strategy, and Analysis.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - preferred 4-7 Years - Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert Adobe Certified Professional - Adobe Fusion * At least 18 years of age The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
