The Regional Service Manager will manage and lead a team of TLD technicians and enforce all required processes to improve TLD support by being the first escalation point. They are also responsible for performing repairs on TLD equipment. They will oversee all service activity in an assigned region and manage the project assigned. The Regional Service Manager will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to support individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. * 5 years of related experience and a broad knowledge of TLD's product line and the operation of machines, equipment, and tools that will be used for the satisfactory performance of duties. * Ability to use, read, and interpret drawings and measuring scales proficiently. * Ability to read and understand Electrical Schematics and Hydraulic Schematics. * Qualified to troubleshoot with customers and technicians remotely. * Knowledge of PLC and Can-bus systems *Certified to handle refrigerants section 609 - type 2 or universal, preferred but not required. * Working knowledge of advanced electrical troubleshooting, Hydraulics, Air Conditioning and Diesel Engine applications * Ability to train junior tech and customers to understand Electrical Schematics and Hydraulic Schematics. * Travel is required for this role. The percentage may vary depending on the candidates' location in relation to the assigned region. |
