American Institute For Foreign Study Camp America - Operations Assistant Temporary Position Camp America, a division of AIFS, has been placing international students at summer camps throughout the United States for over 50 years. Camp America is one of the leading providers of international camp staff, working with hundreds of camps across the US. We pride ourselves on providing a full-service experience to both our camp directors and international participants. Position Type: Temporary (February to mid-to-end of August) Salary: $20/hr Work Schedule:
Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: researching, maintaining and updating travel to camp instructions, speaking with both camp directors and international counselors on a daily basis, checking flight arrangements, collecting compliance documents such as business licenses, monitoring international participants while they are at camp, and collecting camp profile information. This role is very customer service-oriented, so strong communication skills are a must. Qualifications
Qualifications: The ideal candidate(s) must be hard-working, have strong attention to detail, a friendly and confident phone manner, a positive attitude, an ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time, and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
