The contributions you will make: This position is a transformative leader responsible for driving the seamless integration of technology, business processes, and client success strategies. The incumbent combines visionary leadership with hands-on expertise to enhance operational efficiency, elevate client experiences, and ensure the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. Collaborates with cross functional teams to align strategic initiatives with client and business needs, fostering innovation and sustainable growth. A typical day: Digital Product Delivery and Strategic Leadership
- Develops and executes a product vision that delivers differentiated client experiences and breakthrough business value.
- Aligns strategic BT initiatives with organizational goals to enhance platform adoption and operational performance.
- Manages cross-organizational initiatives, ensuring alignment, consistency, and scalability.
- Delivers strategic roadmaps and oversees technology deployments to ensure alignment with business and client objectives. Champions the brand; serves as a role-model for the vision, mission and values of the organization. Supports Pro-Partners Financial strategic initiatives.
- Keeps abreast of industry best practices. Identifies and executes efficient and effective practices that enhance the team's value.
- Influences key leadership to challenge conventional practices and instill client insights into the decision-making processes.
Business Process Architecture and Innovation
- Analyzes and optimizes business processes, identifying opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
- Partners with BT and business stakeholders to influence architecture and drive secure, scalable technology solutions.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to integrate innovative solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Leads strategic discussions and decision-making for technology investments and process improvements.
Client Success and Program Operations
- Actively leads the development of strategies to enhance client experience across all segments while collaborating with key senior leaders.
- Drives client engagement, platform utilization, and program growth through proactive client service strategies.
- Collaborates with clients to define success metrics, tracks performance, and ensures sustained value delivery.
- Oversees onboarding and training processes, ensuring seamless client adoption and transition to live operations.
- Develops documentation and training materials to support client education and success
Team Management and Leadership
- Promotes a positive work environment that leverages the talents and abilities of team members in achieving organizational and team goals.
- Determines performance standards and development plans and effectively communicates them to team members.
- Drives continuous process improvement and develops best practices within the team.
- Recruits, coaches, and mentors high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Establishes guidelines and implements best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality client service.
- Monitors and enhances team performance through ongoing training, feedback, and resource allocation.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting/finance, information technology, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Expert level experience in ag lending operations, digital product delivery, or business process analysis.
- Five to seven years of leadership and management experience preferred.
- Advanced leadership skills with a focus on collaboration, relationship-building, and team development.
- Advanced experience in strategic roadmap development, aligning long-term goals with operational execution.
- Advanced experience with project management, project schedule development, analysis, documentation, methodology development and technology implementation.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning, adaptability, and improvement.
