This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and is based out of the Naperville, IL and Lakeville, MN offices. The contributions you will make: This position provides administrative support to the Diversified Markets Group; assisting in the capital markets loan origination process from beginning to end, maintaining portfolio statistics databases, and performing a wide variety of related administrative and office management duties. A typical day:
Loan Support
- Plans and tracks the processing of new loans, renewals and servicing actions.
- Follows up with internal and external stakeholders for collection of pre- and post-closing documentary requirements.
- Submits information to appropriate individual for action to be taken, including sales, credit, loan accounting, borrower, lender or legal firm.
- Independently interprets internal credit summaries and loan documents to perform closing tasks.
- Initiates loan bookings with loan accounting and then tracks, monitors and ensures necessary corrections are made to loan setups, loan coding and patronage information, systems and files.
- Prepares legal documents supporting loan sales to partner associations and other lenders.
- Ensures transactions are completed, recorded and maintained efficiently, accurately and in a timely fashion.
Document Management
- Inputs, maintains and corrects, if necessary, information into portfolio databases and financial systems.
- Maintains electronic files.
Office Management
- Schedules office equipment repairs or upgrades when needed.
- Routes incoming and outgoing mail and shipments to appropriate places.
- Schedules office equipment repairs or upgrades when needed.
- Monitors kitchen and office inventories and orders supplies.
Administrative Support
- Provides assistance to Diversified Markets Group team members.
- Schedules, follows through on RSVP's and calendars internal and external meetings, conference calls and catering requests.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Associate's degree in accounting or business administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- 2 years of experience in an office environment.
- General knowledge of accounting/financial systems and documentation requirements for syndicated loans.
- Skill in prioritizing and following through on assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
- Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Skill in filing, organizing and updating records.
- Skill in verbal and written communications, sufficient to exchange information effectively, efficiently and thoroughly with peers, supervisors, external partners, lenders and legal firms.
- Skill in typing accurately and efficiently.
- Skill in scheduling and arranging accommodations for meetings and training.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intracompany software systems.
- Working knowledge of general office management.
- Excellent detail and customer service orientation.
- Responsible to appropriately protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the organization's systems and data and clients' data.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Salary Range $45,900 - $65,000 USD
