As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Enter any application information, service requests, or payment information into the RealPage system.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Assist with auditing and maintaining files.
- Gathering paperwork, lease packages, and addendums for new residents.
- Answering the telephone to assist all current and prospective residents.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Confident, positive, and friendly, able to connect with a wide range of people.
- Computer skills and experience with MS Office.
- Schedule: This position will work 9 am to 5 pm; evenings and weekends will be required during the busy seasons.
