The Senior Director of Corporate Development will work closely with the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, and the Executive Leadership Team to help define & articulate the business strategy and drive execution of key enterprise strategic initiatives. The role works closely with Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, Product, Technology, and other key stakeholders to execute M&A, strategic partnership agreements and other Corporate Development projects. The role also will be responsible for strategic and financial analysis to drive decision making on key business topics. This leader partners with Senior Leaders in the various businesses and functional areas to support development and execution of strategic initiatives within those areas. The role includes framing and analyzing complex business problems and potential M&A scenarios, developing recommendations, partnering with line managers to drive execution, facilitating governance and communication processes, and playing a key role in informing and influencing decision making. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $161,186.00-$230,265.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. |
