Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate: Work with Marketing leadership to develop and implement digital strategies and campaigns for our business units.
  • Engage Audiences: Grow and maintain target audiences through effective segmentation and outreach.
  • Analyze Data: Monitor performance metrics across digital channels and provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize SEO: Enhance our website's organic performance with SEO best practices.
  • Manage Website: Ensure our company website is up-to-date and user-friendly through regular audits and updates.
  • Create Content: Develop engaging social media collateral and email communications.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing or communications with a focus on branding, messaging, and analytics.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Design skills are a plus.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong analytical and creative abilities.

Pay range for this position is $55,000 to $72,000 depending on education and experience.
