Responsibilities

As our Medical Director-Psychiatrist, you'll be at the heart of our mission! Here's a sneak peek of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with our amazing mental health team to provide the best care possible. Your insights will help shape treatment plans and foster a supportive environment.

  • Superhero Evaluator: Conduct psychiatric evaluations within 48 hours of admission for our WA State residents. Your expertise will help guide their journey to wellness!

  • Support System: Be there for our residents when they need you most. Provide counseling and therapy that makes a real impact. (maintain a small caseload)

  • Training Guru: Lead engaging staff training sessions on psychiatric issues. Share your knowledge and help elevate our team's skills!

  • Communication Wizard: Keep the lines of communication open with families, outpatient providers, and the clinical team. Your ability to connect will be key!

  • Administrative Ace: Assist in managing schedules and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your organizational skills will keep us on track!


Qualifications

Compensation for this role ranges from $325,000k - $365,000k annually, depending on education and experience.

We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.

  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD).
  • Board Certified in Child & Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.
  • Licensed in the State of practice.
  • Acitve DEA license in WA.
  • Experience with Adolescent & Young Adult Psychiatry required.
  • Experience in a Residential setting required.
  • Medical Director/Physician leadership experience required.
