Location: Hybrid (60% on-site, 40% remote) Contract Duration: 12 months, with yearly renewals. Estimated 2-year contract with high probability for conversion to full-time. About Us: We are building an 'identity team' to centralize all aspects of authentication and authorization. We have successfully onboarded two contractors who have converted to full-time, and we are looking to continue growing our identity team with strong foundations. This team will expand in size and maturity as identity processes and systems are centralized. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our growing identity team. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive identity and access management program, including managing all aspects of identity and access. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain a comprehensive identity and access management program. * Manage all aspects of identity and access. * Work closely with the identity architect and existing identity and security teams. * Focus on continued role development in the SailPoint environment, including reviewing job titles and permissions. * Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications: * 3-7+ years of experience in the identity domain, with preference for experience with tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or similar. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification preferred, but not a strict requirement. * Familiarity with the implementation and operations of: * SailPoint * Okta * Azure * Active Directory * A good culture fit is essential. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
