Position Title: Sr. Chef Manager - Northwood School - Lake Placid, NY Salary: $75,000-$85,000/yr. Join our team in Lake Placid, NY Join CulinArt Group as a Sr. Chef Manager at the prestigious Norwood School, a coeducational independent boarding school in beautiful Lake Placid, NY. Your role will involve overseeing the culinary program and handling all financial reporting. In addition, you will be responsible for menu development, financial management, inventory control, purchasing, labor management, maintaining cleanliness standards, and managing personnel, including hiring, mentoring, counseling, training, and development. This is a 7-day-a-week, year-round culinary operation and requires flexibility. Key Responsibilities:
