The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. Position Summary Reporting directly to the Medical Director of the NCCP, the Clinical Coordinator III (RN III), assists the clinical team with patient care coordination, electronic medical record (EMR) chart review, and the administrative management of the Neonatal Comfort Care Program and its projects. These duties include assisting the medical team with the planning and implementation of palliative/comfort care, facilitating communication between patients and clinical team, leading interdisciplinary rounds and supporting the education of the nursing staff. The Clinical Coordinator III (Registered Nurse III) will work closely with multiple providers as well as other clinical and administrative staff to deliver an excellent patient experience that contributes to positive health outcomes for patients and a work culture that represents our values.
