Compensation Range:$100,600-$126,000

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

The SAP EWM Functional Analyst will design, implement, and support SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) solutions to optimize warehouse operations. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and continuous process improvement across the supply chain. 40% to 50% travel to different sites for Implementation and visiting the Corporate Office once every quarter.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation:
* Develop and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to meet specific warehouse and supply chain needs.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Configuration:
* Configure and customize SAP EWM settings to align with operational requirements.
* Set up warehouse structures, storage bins, and stock removal strategies.

Integration:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
* Ensure smooth data flow between SAP EWM and third-party systems.

Support and Troubleshooting:
* Provide ongoing support for SAP EWM processes, addressing issues and performing root cause analyses.
* Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.

End-User Training and Documentation:
* Train end-users on SAP EWM functionalities, ensuring effective system operation.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes.

Process Improvement:
* Evaluate warehouse processes regularly and recommend system enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field; experience with SAP EWM implementation is required.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Mathematical Skills

Basic to advanced quantitative analysis skills.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in SAP EWM, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
