The Engineering group in Keysight's Global Support Organization develops tools and technologies to aid Keysight's customer support engineers in providing world class customer support.

As a member of the KGSO Engineering team, you will work with a geographically distributed group of software developers creating Internet of Things (IOT) infrastructure and services to enable Keysight's Smart, Connected Products to provide critical configuration and operation details to our customers. We also develop PC based applications and Mobile apps for iOS and Android to provide our customers with easy to use tools that make it easy to get service and support information related to their instruments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work closely with other development engineers to Design, implement, test and document software components.
• Understand customer requirements and translate to actionable deliverables.
• Make use of leading edge development tools and technologies to deliver high quality solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Working towards BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other engineering discipline (between Junior and Senior year)
• Working knowledge of developing, testing and debugging software
• Familiarity with basic network software
• Experience with object oriented programming

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Full Stack network development
• Experience developing Cloud based solutions and/or IOT client software
• Experience developing applications and services in C/C++, Java and/or C#
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio development tools.
• Experience developing Mobile applications.
