POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager Co-man Supply Planning will have high interaction and influence with cross-functional teams both internally and externally, to ensure that the planning organization supports the business objectives and is responsible for the delivery of supply plans that balance meeting customer service and total delivered cost objectives. In addition, this role will prioritize the Professional Development and Growth of the Supply Planners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide leadership and mentoring for a team of Planners to ensure the right career development is prioritized and focus placed on functional competency improvements. * Responsible for succession planning, and actively engaged in HR Lifecycle activities with the team. * Execute plans to achieve and exceed customer service, working capital, waste, and forecast accuracy targets. * Collaborate, build, and maintain relationships with key partners both internally and externally to optimize plans (Demand Planning, Distribution Planning, Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, co-manufactures, Finance, etc.) to align tradeoffs and decisions impacting downstream planning. * Collaborate, build and maintain relationships with key functional partners (Procurement, Technical and Production, etc.) to partner on opportunities across our One Operations Landscape. * Lead Co-man Supply Planning COE with ownership of functional vision and practices to drive for synergies at scale for co-man planning activities supporting multiple businesses. * Act as the first point of escalation for communication of Supply Planning and issue resolution with functional teams and leadership updates, collaborating across cross functional teams as needed to balance demand and supply when items sourced internally and externally. * Foster Continuous Excellence behaviors within the team, embedding a root cause analysis and continuous improvement mindset. Identify and allocate resources of team to effectively drive process improvement and productivity projects within business scope and across functions. * Develop and guide implementation of recommended standardization and be a change agent across supply planning teams. * Build, steer, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve core business objectives and resolve complex business problems. * Monitor and manage resource allocation within the team for core and project work to ensure efficient execution and staff development in line with people development and performance. * Responsible for Communication such as Projected Out of Stock, Service and Inventory Projections, Working Capital Delivery, and Physical/Logistical Capacity Management. REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL: * Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Supply Chain Management field, Industrial Engineering or Business-related field * Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret data, problem solve and develop solutions to complex problems. * Working knowledge of CPG S&OP Processes and interactions including demand forecasting, supply planning, and commercial interactions around PFME, promotions, and pricing preferred * Experience with Operational Planning for capacity and inventory planning and optimization across variety of make/source scenarios across internal factories, Co-Manufacturing, and intermarket supply preferred. * Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, organizational and time-management abilities, inter-personal skills, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels. * Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives on tight deadlines and delegate accordingly * Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 8+ years Production Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations experience. * Previous people leadership strongly preferred * Previous Experience managing complex Co-Manufacturing networks and categories supply strongly preferred.
