Hiring Shift:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
o Operate and monitor paint filling machines to ensure proper functioning.
o Set up machines for filling operations, including adjusting settings for different paint types and container sizes.
Filling Process:
o Fill containers with paint products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
o Ensure accurate measurements and avoid overfilling or underfilling containers.
Quality Control:
o Conduct regular inspections of filled containers to ensure they meet quality specifications.
o Deliver samples to Quality Control department for various test.
Maintenance:
o Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of filling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
o Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with filling machines.
Safety Compliance:
o Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling paint products.
o Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of production quantities, quality checks, and machine maintenance.
o Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Collaboration:
o Work closely with other operators, quality control personnel, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
o Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in paint filling or similar operations.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery.
Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift and move containers as needed.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Manual dexterity and coordination to operate machinery and handle containers safely.
Working Conditions:
* Will require working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and machinery.
* Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions typical of a production facility.
