Group: Investigative Position: Senior Project Manager - Forensic Engineer/Architect Location: Indianapolis, IN We are seeking engineers and architects that will be responsible for performing a wide range of forensic investigations related to damage and deterioration of structures, condition assessment studies for property owners and managers, and structural and building enclosure repair and rehabilitation design to existing facilities. The work includes evaluations of commercial, residential, industrial, utility infrastructure, and municipal projects. The Senior Project Manager - Forensic Engineer/Architect will be responsible for managing all aspects of our investigation, assessment, and repair projects. The position requires direct daily contact with clients and staff in addition to production of technical documents. Therefore, strong oral and written communication skills are a must. The position offers the opportunity to work both independently and as the leader of a team. Project responsibilities will vary based on the nature of the assignment and individual aptitudes. Applicants must possess experience in the design and/or evaluation of entire structures (from foundations to roofing) as well as the investigation of failures and building problems. Position requires frequent local and occasional regional travel. Responsibilities
Conducting and/or managing investigations, assessments, and expert witness assignments in order to prepare accurate technical reports and repair documents, and occasionally provide expert testimony
