Halff Federal Planning Lead
Halff has an immediate opening for a Federal Planning Lead. This position would provide guidance, strategy and direction in the Federal Market as it relates to planning projects. Build on existing and create new relationships with federal clients, private clients, consulting firms, contractors and professional organizations to increase Halff's footprint in the federal market. Provide direction, knowledge, advice and technical expertise to federal planning teams on significant projects at a principal level and improve cradle to grave project lifecycle. Support federal pursuits by working with other federal practice leaders to identify targets, firms to team with, feedback on pursuits and help with the project approach.
Details:
- Roles: Work across multiple Practices and Solutions to guide Halff's Federal Planning Strategy
- Projects: advise or lead federal planning projects that could include environmental or water
- Strategy: engage with Halff leadership to help develop and deliver a strategy to increase market share for USACE and other federal agencies including increasing quality of Halff's federal work while identifying challenges and providing solutions
- Connection: using your network, build relationships across public and private markets to increase potential opportunities, develop teaming arrangements, and help mine current contracts
- Delivery: provide direction on quality management to secure consistency across federal planning projects within Halff and help streamline the process
- Travel: 20% travel to support projects, engage with clients and attend conferences
