Overview

The primary responsibilities will involve project document control (RFI's, Submittals, and transmittals),
assisting with forecasts, timecards, subcontractor pay applications/quantities, SWPPP, take-offs, safety,
project schedule, and traffic control.



Responsibilities

1. Provides project document control
2. Assisting project manager with forecasts
3. Personnel issues such as recruitment and hiring paperwork
4. Maintenance and submission of weekly time cards
5. Complete subcontractor pay applications
6. Complete quantity reports
7. Assisting project management with employee scheduling
8. Responsible for the dissemination of the company EEO, Affirmative Action and Prevention of
Harassment policies
9. Presenting Weekly Safety Tool Box Talk meetings with employees on site
10. Assisting with Traffic Control Plan implementation and maintenance
11. Responsible for creating/maintaining/disseminating project schedule
12. Responsible for oversight of Storm Water Pollution Protection Plan



Qualifications

* Knowledge of the general policies and practices of construction/heavy highway companies
* Strong customer service skills
* Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
* Primavera Project Management Software
* Strong computer and organizational skills
* HCSS Estimating Software
* Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* The ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel in a diverse work community

Education Requirements & Certification Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Required Work Experience
* At least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Other Requirements
* Must have the ability to safely operate a licensed vehicle
* Must possess a valid Driver License
* Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Pay Range
* Full-time position, salaried, exempt
* Pay rate will depend of level of experience and performance.
