PT Night Attendant

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Night Attendant at Woodland Terrace!

Woodland Terrace, an independent senior living community, is seeking a dependable and self-motivated part-time Night Attendant to work Friday and Saturday nights from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the well-being of the building and its operations during the night shift.
• Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, vacuumed, and dusted.
• Collect and dispose of trash from receptacles throughout the community.
• Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Deliver newspapers to residents' doors.
• Complete the daily Evening/Night Shift Duty List.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in emergent situations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
