Amazing Office Administrator opportunity with one of Milwaukee's leading professional services firms! The firm offers excellent benefits, generous year-end bonus, profit sharing, paid parking and a wonderful team!

Job Responsibilities:


  • Ensure regulatory compliance in Human Resources to include research, develop, write, and update HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Develop, communicate, and ensure implementation of efficient systems.
  • Advise supervisors on managing staff including performance plans, coaching/disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Financial responsibilities including annual budget, expenses and revenues, payroll and check approvals.
  • Maintain and implement compensation strategy and structure.
  • Evaluate, modify and administer full employee benefit plans.
  • Create and deliver staff development and training.
  • Supervise and mentor support staff including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluation.
  • Attend Executive Committee and Shareholder's Meeting.
  • Attend conferences and trainings and participate in professional organizations.



Qualifications:

  • 5+ of Human Resources/Operations experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
  • Creation and oversight of budget.
  • Extensive knowledge of both state and federal employment and labor laws.
  • Knowledge of health, dental, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
  • Experience working in professional services firm.



Skills Required:

  • Leadership style that focuses on communication, coaching, and support.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills; extremely detail oriented.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Google suite, video conferencing, etc.
  • Must be a self-sufficient problem solver and decision-maker.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.



The position is an in-office role.

Salary range $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits package!
