Qualifications you'll bring:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
  • Humility to play as a team
  • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction



Your key responsibilities:




  • Oversee the preparation and reporting of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
  • Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting issues
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer
