Short Intro and About the Job Location: Home Office, Northeast/ Mid-Atlantic Area preferred The Customer Business Manager for Ahold will lead selling, planning, and commercialization efforts for the Danone Plant Based portfolio with the goal of meeting business plan and performance objectives. This role will take on 100% direct customer contact responsibilities for Giant Food, Stop & Shop, and The Giant Company. This individual will be an integral part of the sales organization and should demonstrate strong strategic internal and customer focused management skills. The CBM for Ahold will approach the business with a bias for action and make well informed decisions while taking appropriate risks to move the business forward. This person should have a strong skillset in developing customer and cross-functional relationships that lead to a better overall team dynamic. This individual should embrace empowerment and have a GM mentality seeking to improve key metrics (Net Sales, Profits, and Efficiency). You will:
Play an integral role in working with cross-functional teams to build a sustainable growth plan through assortment development and promotional management.
