Position Summary
The Velocity Sales Associate (VSA) will play a crucial role in enhancing business outcomes by partnering with Cassling Account Executives (AE) to generate qualified leads and provide sales support throughout the sales cycle. By contributing to the consultative sales process, the VSA will directly impact Cassling's key results, ensuring sales targets are met and customers' needs are successfully addressed.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation: Develop Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through outbound prospecting and follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Focus on non-hospital customers, including ambulatory surgery centers and imaging centers, to drive pipeline growth.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with customers throughout the SQL process to identify their needs, uncover product opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.
  • CRM & Sales Tools: Utilize the CRM system and other sales tools to plan outreach, track activities, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers.
  • Sales Support: Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation. Provide valuable support to Account Executives (AEs) by researching clients, compiling communication materials, and leveraging internal resources to assist throughout the sales cycle.
  • Customer Insights & Trend Analysis: Monitor customer needs, identify emerging trends, and contribute to territory planning. Collaborate regularly with AEs to ensure alignment and strengthen the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, service information, and industry best practices to provide informed recommendations to potential customers.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain a clean DMV record as outlined in the company's Fleet policy and adhere to all drug-free workplace policies, including passing required drug screenings and background checks as per hospital credentialing requirements.

  • Education: BS/BA in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in the Medical Imaging/Technology space preferred. Prior successful experience conducting inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and social media campaigns. Minimum of 6-12 months experience sales or customer service experience.
